Appointment Arrival & Policies

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Extra cleansing time will reduce your lash application time.

As I operate from a private home-based setting, please park in a designated parking spot upon arrival and text me to let me know you’re here. I will come out to get you. If you are an existing client, I will text you when I am ready for you to come in.

New clients may use this time to complete any necessary paperwork. Please use the restroom beforehand and silence your phone, as all cell phones must remain off during your appointment.

If you arrive late, your service time may need to be shortened and you will still be charged the full service amount. If there is not enough time to complete your service, you will need to reschedule and the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

Cell Phone Policy

Please turn off or silence your cell phone before your appointment. Lash services require you to remain still with your eyes closed, and even briefly opening your eyes can cause irritation or discomfort.

This time is meant to be relaxing and distraction-free, and lash application requires a high level of focus and precision. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we are unable to answer calls, texts, or relay messages during your appointment.

If you are expecting an urgent call, please let me know prior to your appointment so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lash appointment without penalty. 

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the service total.

If you wish to reschedule within the same week and availability allows, a $30 rescheduling fee may apply.

All new clients and any appointments over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling occurs outside of the required notice period.

Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment via text and/or email.

Please note that reminders are a courtesy and do not replace your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.

These policies protect the time reserved specifically for you, as well as the ability to accommodate clients on the waiting list.

Illness & Family Emergency Policy

If you or someone in your household has a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. For the safety of all clients, please do not attend your appointment while sick. If you arrive visibly ill, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled.

I understand that as a working mom, unexpected family emergencies can arise. A one-time courtesy allowance may be granted for last-minute cancellations due to illness or family emergency. After that, standard cancellation and no-show policies will apply.

Existing Extensions (Work From Other Artists)

New clients who currently have lash extensions applied by another artist must book a New Client Touch Up or are strongly encouraged to book a Full Set.

Because I cannot verify the products, techniques, or application standards used by another artist, I cannot guarantee the performance or retention of existing extensions. Once my lashes are applied, it becomes impossible to determine which work was performed by whom. For this reason, no guarantee can be made on any outside work.

In many cases, removal of existing extensions may be necessary to protect the health of your natural lashes and ensure proper retention. If removal is required, a new full set will be applied at the full set price.

If you are booking UV lash extensions, a full removal and new UV full set is required. The UV curing system differs from traditional adhesive systems, and the processes are not interchangeable.

My priority is natural lash health, safe application, and long-lasting results. Starting with a clean foundation is often the best way to ensure that standard.

After-Hours Appointments

After-hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

A minimum $50 after-hours fee applies and will vary based on time and notice provided. Appointments requested on major holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, Easter, etc.) will incur a $100 after-hours fee.

Booking Fee & Refund Policy

Certain services, including full sets and new client appointments, require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This guarantees your reserved time, as all services are by appointment only.

Booking fees are transferable one time within 30 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability and at the artist’s discretion.

All services, products, and training are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment. If the concern is due to application or product, a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up will be offered. Concerns raised after 48 hours or resulting from improper aftercare will require a paid service.

Children at Appointments

While I love children, please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Lash services require precision and full concentration, and appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

Inclement Weather

In the event of severe weather requiring closure, updates will be communicated via email and social media. If closure occurs, every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

If the studio remains open, clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment. Please reach out if you have concerns regarding weather conditions.
